Sunday School classes start on 9/17 and run from 9:45am - 10:45am.
Welcome to Messiah’s Sunday School family. Whether you are a new or returning student, get ready to have some FUN while we learn about God's love! The focus of Messiah’s Sunday School is on learning about God and the Bible, and you can expect to gain in spirituality, awareness, and a whole lot of friends! Messiah’s Sunday School students often participate in activities such as community involvement, art projects, singing in church, Holiday Pageants or dramas, making Lenten Pretzels, and fun and games.

Here are a couple of things to get started:
1. The Beginner Dept consists of Pre-K, K, and 1st grades.
2. The Intermediate Dept consists of 2-3rd grades and 4-5th grades.
3. The Jr. High Dept consists of 6th-8th grades.
4. The High School Dept consists of grades 9th-12th.
5. There is also an Adult Sunday School Class; we encourage parents to attend and participate through the adult class, parent volunteers in their child’s Sunday School class, or in some other way, depending on your individual talents.
Upcoming Events:
•Welcome back picnic September 11th at 10:45 (after church) – all families invited!
•Participate in Lyndhurst Home Days Parade September 11th after picnic
•First day of Sunday School September 18th at 9:45

What do to when you arrive:
• Beginner department students should go directly to your classroom.
• Intermediate and Jr High students - put on your name tag that is hanging by your mailbox. You will know it is yours because your name will be on it.  Bring your journal with you. Go to your classroom.
• High School and Adults... go to your classroom!

Departure:
• Beginner department students will be picked up by parents at their classrooms. Any take home information will be given to the parents at that time.
• Intermediate and Jr. High students will take out any informational paperwork from their mailboxes, give the papers to your parents and put away your journal until next week. Make sure you hang your name tag back up before you leave.
• Parents - please check your child's box and take any papers that weren't given to you by your child.
